It was very very good stay, I loved savoury food.

The venue was in a remote location just next door to the lakes, other areas and the Mount Cook. There was a pleasant bar with a good choice of different food, such as appetisers and bbq.

The hotel room was large with 2 single beds, electric blankets, for instance. Particularly good location - just walking distance from everywhere we needed.

The food was fab with a huge variety of options. The hotel had a marvellous and gorgeous position, on the grassy area in front.

The units are quiet, spotless. The location it offers is awesome, not far from and fro Twizel and the holiday park, all the hiking trails around the spectacular Mount Cook region and the whole park instead of being crammed at the base of the mountain as if looking up at a skyscraper...

Fantastic remote location, so close to the river, nature and comfort in one of the most beautiful spots in the South Island, and sites and activities in the region.

the location was stunning in an absolutely fantastic area, close to a pine forest, which is beautiful, wildlife and glentanner park.

Overall it was budget and decent size with a view. Pleasant team both at the reception desk and the Helicopter Line desk. The property's location was marvellous, iN An HIGH TOURIST AREA.

all in all everything was fantastic, had a very pleasant stay during public holidays. the location was amazing - short way from everywhere we wanted to go. besides, it was within 15 minutes walk from helicopter line.

The rooms are a decent size and functional and generally offer a lounge and a couch. We would come here again as the location was stunning and fantastic.

I had the most amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel nestled in the heart of nature. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the lake and with breathtaking views of the mountains. I couldn't ask for a better spot to witness the sunrise.

I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends for their next getaway.

The location and views were excellent

The very thin walls, allowing conversations to be heard from cabins on both sides. Very small frypan provided to cook for 5 people.

There is a $10 extra payment ($5 refundable) to get a key for the utensils cupboard and if you need to leave early the next day you cannot get your refund. Room are a little stuffy (and would be worse in summer) and there are no flyscreens to keep the bugs out if you want fresh air

It was a real good stay for a second night. I loved the room, the bed was lovely. Remote location was a plus. The hotel was a welcome base for enjoying an absolutely fantastic area. The restaurant was fantastic, and the staff excellent.

I loved the convenient location of this hotel, with easy access to Mount Cook and the surrounding areas. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were well-maintained, including the spacious and clean communal eating area. Additionally, I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, which added to my positive experience. Lastly, the view from the hotel was fantastic, with a breathtaking view of the lakeside.
